Appointment Scheduling

Reservations are required since we have limited availability for all of our services. 

A method of payment (credit card/ gift card) is required to reserve all appointments. 

Walk-ins are always welcome however we can’t guarantee any openings without reservations.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This ensures that we begin the sessions right on time.

Each service will start and end according to the time reserved. We will try to accommodate any late arrivals as best we can however, we may be unable to provide the full service in the time remaining. If you arrive late for the public salt therapy session and the session has begun, you can not take part in the session.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Williamsburg Salt Spa Gift Cards, and Gift Certificates.

Gift certificates and gift cards

We offer gift cards and gift certificates.  All the gift cards expire five years from the date of purchase. The value of the gift certificates expire five years from the date of purchase but the price of the services is locked for one year. If the price of the service increases after one year from the date of purchase of the gift certificate, the gift certificate will be treated as a gift card with the monetary value. 

Must be present to redeem. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. NO refunds.

Prepaid package for services

we offer multi-session packages for salt therapy, float tanks, sauna, and massages. The packages are available in increments of five or ten. Prepaid sessions cannot be shared with other guests. Packages expire one year from the day of the purchase. 

Cancellations and Appointment Changes

We require a credit card/ gift card when booking an appointment and we will precharge the card on file 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends) prior to the appointments. If you would like to change or cancel your appointment/s it must be made 24 hours ( weekdays) or 48 hours (weekend) in advance to avoid a full charge for the service/s. For large groups, we require 72-hour notification if appointments can’t be kept.

Group reservations

Please be advised that for parties larger than 5 people or over $600, we will apply a nonrefundable 25% deposit (of total services), charged to the credit card on file 5 days prior to the scheduled date of the reservations, the remaining cost will be charged 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of the reservations. A 20% gratuity will be added to all services. 

Shipping

our packages are shipped by UPS or USPS. The gift certificates are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Courtesies

We strive to give each guest the most amazing experience possible. We would like to ask each guest to honor our courtesies. Please turn off/ silence your phone prior to walking into the building.

For the public salt cave, anyone between the ages of 12 and 17 years old must have written consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

For the floats, anyone between the ages of 12 and 17 years old must have written consent and be accompanied by a parent or a guardian in the treatment rooms.

For the massages, anyone between the ages of 12 and 17 years old must have written consent and be accompanied by a parent or a guardian in the massage room. Our massage therapist will only provide a Swedish massage. 

For the sauna, you must be 18 years old or older to use the infrared sauna.

Children can not be left unsupervised in the waiting room while the parent or guardian is receiving treatment. 

We aim to provide our guests with the highest quality service/s and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. Gratuities are not included in the price of services. All gratuities for service providers are at the guest’s discretion. If you wish to add any gratuities to your credit card please inform our receptionist during your check out prior to processing your credit card.

Health Conditions

It is extremely important to disclose all health information to ensure your safety. Be certain to include all health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs so that we may provide the best possible service.

Guests who are going into the salt cave should consult their own physician prior to the beginning of any sessions especially if they are pregnant or have any other type of health conditions including but not limited to hyperthyroidism, cancer, tuberculosis, and claustrophobia.

Guests who are floating are asked to refrain if they have any of the following conditions; infectious skin or respiratory disorders, open wounds, incontinence, epilepsy or serious medical conditions, the first trimester of pregnancy, and/or high-risk pregnancy.

Guests who are receiving massages should consult with their physician prior to a massage if they have any health conditions. It is extremely important to disclose all health information on the massage intake form.

Salt Cave, Float Tank and Infrared Sauna limitation

The anti-gravity chair in our Salt Cave is 30 ½ in. wide and the seat height is 16 ½ in. Weight capacity 300lbs. Our float tanks are 7 ft long and 5 ft wide. Weight capacity 250 lbs. The weight capacity of the infrared sauna is 350lbs (for one guest or a total of two guests).

Agreement

Member agrees to pay Williamsburg Salt Spa, LLC monthly recurring fees as follows:
One-time fee of $198 paid at the time of signing the contract.
Adult Membership Plan – $99.00/month starting from 60 days of the Contract Start Date via Client authorized credit card.

Contract Duration and Automatic Renewal:
The contract will be automatically renewed unless canceled by the Member with notification of 5 days in advance of the next billing date.
First billing date: 60 days from the signing of the agreement.
Termination request/notice submitted via email to saltspainfo@gmail.com before your next scheduled payment is required to cancel a monthly membership plan. No refunds will be issued after the monthly membership due has been charged.

General rules:
Membership is not transferable to another person, picture ID could be required. Booking depends on availability. Membership includes daily public ADULT ONLY Salt Therapy sessions (excluding private sessions and cave massages).

Appointments:
Member is required to give Williamsburg Salt Spa, LLC 24 hours notice for any appointment which can’t be kept. No show/ late cancellation fee of $20 may be applied.  Member can only book one salt therapy session a day but can stay up to two sessions if space is available.

As a member, I assume full responsibility for services received at the Williamsburg Salt Spa and shall indemnify Williamsburg Salt Spa, its affiliates, agents, and employees against any and all liability arising from services rendered.

Williamsburg Salt Spa reserves the right to change spa policies, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice. Williamsburg Salt Spa reserves the right not to renew the membership if the member disrespects spa policies and other guests.
