RESERVATIONS ...A little information to remember!!!!
1.Reservations are required.
We offer sessions for children and for adults.
2.Every session starts exactly at the beginning of the hour.
3.Please arrive 10 min before the appointed session.
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time,
so the clients following you are not penalized.
If you arrive late and the salt therapy session has begun,
you can not take part in the session.
4.One session lasts 45 min.
We offer private and public sessions.
5.No shoes allowed in the salt room.
We provide shoe covers or you can bring spare white socks.
6. Turn your cell phone off before entering the salt room.
7. Please be quiet during the session.
8. No food or drinks allowed in the salt room.
9. Do not touch walls or any equipment inside the salt room.
10.The spa employee will inform you when the session is over.
I started coming to the salt spa when I could not get rid of my congestion and I did not want to continue taking prescribed medication. I am very pleased with the results I have experienced with this holistic approach to staying healthy. The 45 minutes of relaxation, listening to the water falls, the soothing music, and breathing in the salt air has not only cleared up my congestion it has also enhanced my mood. It is not a spa where you get salty, sweaty, dirty or wet; it is for relaxation and for breathing in the numerous minerals that the salt rocks and salt lamps emit; minerals that are lacking in our day-to-day environment. It is very convenient for me because I can go during my lunch break, in my work clothes and return to work fresh and relaxed. The salt lamps emit natural negative ions. Not only do we need a balance of positive and negative ions in our environment to stay healthy, so do our pets. Since I have put a salt lamp in my bedroom I have noticed that I sleep better; since I have put a salt lamp in my office I have noticed that I work better; and since I have put a salt lamp in my companion parrot’s room I have noticed calmer relaxed parrots. I recommend this affordable healthy experience to everyone.

I visited Williamsburg Salt Spa yesterday and I have to say it was simply wonderful. This was my visit to the spa, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was more than pleasantly surprised!
I have had asthma for approximately 13 years and have not been able to take a true, full breath during that time. Within minutes of entering the salt spa, that had changed. I was able to take a deep breath! I could actually inhale fully! I didn’t need to gasp to get air in. I could breathe!
The intake of air caused me to start yawning almost non-stop until the relaxing effect of the ions and the environment took effect. Then I had the best nap I have had in years.
This experience for me was nothing short of miraculous! I am still breathing pretty well today. I will definitely be back soon!
